"In July of 1995 I walked into Pool Chem. After using another pool place and spending hundreds of dollars on "needed chemicals" I sought another opinion. I walked in and Chuck was standing by the door. He reminded me of a retired sea captain. I told him my woes and he very gruffly told me to stop putting all that "crap" in the pool and just use chlorine. If it was good enough for drinking water, it was good enough for the pool he said!
Here I am, 30 years later a Pool Chem fan. Every new season I feel like meeting up with family I haven't seen all winter. I would not go anywhere else, nor trust my pool to anyone else. The knowledge of pools is superior. There is not a question you have that can't be answered and the help in finding the answer to the problem, or recommendation of another service that can help is always at hand.

I remember during Covid, and all the restrictions that came with that. I watched from my air conditioned car, while Pat ran her crew. Running from one parked car to another to get water samples, come out and talk to us, and bring chemicals out to the cars. Tempers were short on the customer's side, but through it all Pat remained calm and took care of everyone.

I was so sad to find out about the loss of Chuck, and he will be greatly missed. I was so happy to hear Pat and Chuck's grandson Tyler was taking over. Nice to know you establish a family business and it carries on. I have had great conversations with people waiting to have their water checked. We have helped each other, shared pool problems and laugh about our expensive holes in the ground. Pool Chem has a well deserved reputation, and I tell anyone who has a pool, or thinking about getting one that Pool Chem is the only place to go. If I could, I would give 10 Stars!"
